The Web

Ever-changing, holistic chaos by nature. Does not fit into one model or one label. As soon as one process is establish, the environment morphs. Because after all, it is the masses that shape it, influence it, dictate its trends. No one template fits the model.
In ‘07-08 social websites were the rage, and social media advertising became what was in vogue.

But hold on:

At the start of last year web 2.0 model was the rage.
Web 3.0 is just around the corner. - ubiquity anyone?

But you don’t have to wait until such tools are released from the mad scientist labs!
just check out your G1 android phones google maps/street view features or the shop savvy app

and in this new landscape, you most provide in order to receive.
the more the system knows about you, the end-user the better it will function for you, the end-user. to that extend you will need to convert your computer into your own personal data server. welcome to the future

GO GREEN!!

so what happened to the paperless office?
why we are still printing documents at work?

to help our world get a little greener, I make the following pledge:

I pledge to not print articles I come across on the web.
I pledge to only use recycled paper shopping bags at the market.
I pledge to reuse the plastic bag in which I bring my lunch to work
I pledge to only shop local produce.
I pledge not to buy bottle water. I live in NYC we have the best water in the world dammit!!
I pledge to use recycled paper where possible.

is snowing again!!

so It snowed saturday, and sunday and again today!!
so I went to the market got me some fresh pork chops, and went home to see what new recipe I can try to make...
so here is what I came up with... Gray Goose Chops!!

ingredients:
quarter chops, clean and washed in lime juice
diced scallions,
minced parsley
1/4 red onion sliced into thin slices
1/2 diced red sweet pepper
1/4 green jalapeno pepper diced
black pepper, cumin, red pepper, oregano, thyme seasoning to taste.
1/4 gray goose vodka (chilled)

use the gray goose, lime juice and seasoning to create a marinate, pour it over the chops,
marinate the whole thing for a 3-4 hours. throw it on the grill.
(yes I know is winter, dammit!!) - I miss summer - but hey, I will use the winter
months to come up with more experi-recipes...
enjoy it with a cold beer : )
