is snowing again!!

so It snowed saturday, and sunday and again today!!
so I went to the market got me some fresh pork chops, and went home to see what new recipe I can try to make...
so here is what I came up with... Gray Goose Chops!!

ingredients:
quarter chops, clean and washed in lime juice
diced scallions,
minced parsley
1/4 red onion sliced into thin slices
1/2 diced red sweet pepper
1/4 green jalapeno pepper diced
black pepper, cumin, red pepper, oregano, thyme seasoning to taste.
1/4 gray goose vodka (chilled)

use the gray goose, lime juice and seasoning to create a marinate, pour it over the chops,
marinate the whole thing for a 3-4 hours. throw it on the grill.
(yes I know is winter, dammit!!) - I miss summer - but hey, I will use the winter
months to come up with more experi-recipes...
enjoy it with a cold beer : )

We need more "optiomist" men like Michael Gray if we want to make it through these tough economic times. Since we know that most of the millionaires he mentioned spend a lot of time trolling Craigslist for investment opportunities, I really hope some of them contact him. Especially "Yahoo owners."

Cold

It's freaking cold outside!! temp is 17 degrees... had to literally roll off my bed this morning andd fall on the floor! just to get my ass out of bed .... lol : )

Turkey

so am planning a trip to Turkey, reached out to the Tyrkish embassy to inquire about the visa requirements and procedures, it turns out citizens of Honduras don't need Visa.. so I can pretty much move to Turkey.. yep up and go, if I so wish...

snow and cable guys

ok.. am home sitting waiting for the cable guy, who's supposed to be here by 11am. then it dawns on me... its snowing outside! the guy probably won't get here till after noon...crap!! so my phone rings and am hoping is the cable company calling to confirm am home. but instead its my landlord calling me to tell me a parking spot has open and I can have it! I've been waiting for a spot since november.. and get this, he tells me, "you don't have to give me any cash right now" how cool is that!! am still giving him the 2 months required.. don't like misc bills hanging over my head : ) ok back to waiting for the cable guy.. am confine to my apartment ... crap!
